    RIM Releases the Blackberry Presenter

With CES kicking off this week, it would appear that RIM is throwing us a Tidbit a little early, say hello to the Blackberry Presenter.

This handy little accessory makes it possible to connect your berry to a projector or monitor by way of a hub that is connected works off your berries bluetooth. Your Blackberry sends the data via bluetooth to the hub and from there the hub can be connected to the monitor or projector by either a VGA or S-Video connection. No more need for a laptop when doing powerpoint presentations off of your Blackberry.

This accessory reminds me of the Unify4Life and Blackberry Music Gateway systems. Unify4life works the same pattern for its popular Unify4life Shadow system that turns your Berry into a universal remote control via bluetooth hub.

With this release coming before CES even kicks off, should hopefully mean that some exciting news is coming our way.

Ha, it's getting better and better, control your stereo and your car, do your presentations...what's next...hm, I would love, if in the morning when the berry wakes me, I could simply say 'coffee' ...and it's done

Joking aside, does this really have a market - hm - I would guess so, if every company would be equipped with such devices... but if I always have to bring it with me, including cables for projector connection...hm...dunno. Well, we'll see, nice anyhow! :-)

Actually I have heard from a source that this is only the first of this type. The next one will be fully compatible with your berry so you can use the monitor or projector for everything. I dunno about all of you but I am looking forward to having a 42 inch monitor for my Berry.

Yeah, that would be sweet, with the "bad eyes from getting old" thing, I'd be able to read my SMS and BBMs easier...:laugh2:
Have you ever wondered why things intended to make our lives simpler keep getting more complicated to use?
