    Problem upgrading BB 8820 OS, pls assist

    Hi all, I hav a BB 8820 with a 4.2 OS, but I hv been tryin to upgrade to 4.5 OS but cldn't. Can some1 pls help send me the link or guide me thru.

    Who is your service provider?

    You can go to the BlackBerry website and upgrade from there to the latest official OS for your device... BlackBerry - Software Updates - New Update Software for BlackBerry Smart Phones
