Hi, I bought at Amazon a year ago a Verizon Q10 unlocked, brought it to Venezuela and I have used it for almost exactly a year with the venezuelan carrier Movistar. The order at Amazon was placed may 15, 2015 and on may 27, 2016 the phone locked with the message: Device Pin Blocked & in the next line is the IMEI #. I went to the carrier & they said they could not help because the phone was not purchased to them. I can´t find a way to contact B.B. to fix the issue. What should I do?
