Downgrade to 10.1 -Camera Can't Be Sarted in 10.2
I am at wit's end with my new Q5. On day 2 of ownership, I upgraded to the latest OS release and now the camera won't work. BB support (via twitterwith 72h lags between replies) supplied a fix according to their KB article on the issue... simply pull the battery. Official BB support must be drunk, since the Q5 has an internal battery that can't be pulled without dismantling the unit.
Soooo... I've been looking for a link to autoload an older stable OS, presumably back to the 10.1 that my unit came with. None of the links (including the one on this site) are active.
hi dont despair with your Q5 i had one until i dropped it into my dogs water bowl
your Q5 probably needs rebooting. Press button on top of phone then tap restart

Still no working camera q5
Thanks for the reply, Midgeone. I have rebooted and reinstalled the OS several times. No luck. This issue is prevalent in the BB forums, but there appears to be no solution. BB support really sucks now. They told me to pull the battery on a handset that doesn't have a battery that can be pulled. I never thought I'd move away ,from BB, but seriously, a software glitch that can't be fixed where I can't use the camera????

Anyone know how to downgrade my BB10 OS?
