10.2 back to 10.1
I loaded a 10.2 leak, but wifi calling does not work. I would to go back to 10.1 and get the update from Tmobile which includes wifi calling. BB says they cannot do this. Can the original operating system be loaded back onto the phone. Using link just reloads 10.2

Search the site for earlier 10.1 leaked builds. If I had a link for you I'd post it, but I'm in route right now. Take a little time and navigate through using the search function or look through the forums. You should quickly find what you need. Good luck and sorry I can't be more help.

You can actually use the autoloader you used to install the 10.2 OS to soft brick your phone, then use BlackBerry Link to reload your stock OS.
Simply connect your phone to the PC as if you were loading the leak then launch the 10.2 Autoloader. When the DOS window gets to the point where it says "Writing", unplug your phone from the PC and close the Autoloader window.
Then open BlackBerry Link and connect your phone back to the PC. After your phone is connected to BB Link, click on the Reload Software button. This will install the most recent OS from your Carrier and you should be good to go.
Let us know if this doesn't go as I've stated it will. I should though, I've done this a few times.

Thanks for the replies. I have found the answer! The problem is everyone tells you to use BB Link. Well you do - but you need to turn off WIFI before you start. If you don't it simply does a data erase NOT an operating system install. You then hook up the Z10 and then re-install the operating system, following the directions. It will then completely install the latest operating system provided by your provider - in my case Tmobile. I now have a clean phone with their newest download - I can now use wifi calling and my maps works. Blackberry explained that when you download a leak you phone apps are not updated to the new system so apps like Maps will fail over time.

Glad you found a resolution.

So I have searched and I can't believe I can't find any answers on this. Please help??
I used the official AT&T BB Q10 OS upgrade to 10.2. I can't sync contacts or calendar which is the only reason I use the BB. I have already tried using Link and the device to reload factory but that just gets me right back to 10.2 but with no contacts and no calendar. I have searched for older leaked 10.1 versions and every time I access the download files (off this same website under latest files"10.1.0.4780_Q_Series") I get re-routed to mega and I get "The file you are trying to access is no longer available".
I will take any help to either fix the sync'ing issue or reverting back to my last version that was working. BTW, shame on RIM/BB & AT&T for releasing an official OS that doesn't sync contacts & calendar. They are not rookies...
