    Emails forever on BB10

It seems unlike the PlayBook, you'll be able to sync ALL of your email on BlackBerry 10. A little option hidden away on the Dev Alpha (unless you go looking for it).

If BlackBerry 10 can handle my GBs of email - I will be very, very impressed.

Excellent news! I've been searching for this info and hoping that would be the case.

If you can say that it also has Gmail integration (labels/archiving) I'll take the rest of the day off work to celebrate! ~ecm

Unfortunately the real deal only allows 30 days of mail when using the Active Sync or IMAP option. I imagine this option would be made available on the BES service when it becomes available.

Disappointing, as the iPhone is capable of doing more, whereas most Android handsets do only 30 days as well.

I know that there are some people crying out for this feature, so let's hope so.

    Hi
Is it confirmed that emails older than 30 days will be available in 10.1? Thanks.

I seems to be available on the Dev builds and the leaks.

So there's a good chance. Of course nothing is official until it comes out

In the Dev 10.1 builds), IMAP accounts are still limited to 30 days. Very disappointing. I'm hoping this changes in the public release.

All true, except for one thing... on my old BB I could elect to delete a message ON MY BB ONLY. I decided to clean up my messages on my Z10 yesterday and wiped myself out..they are gone on my desk top and hand held.
Does anyone know if there is a way to delete on the Z10 ONLY?

From my use I see nothing that gives the option of device only deletion. That may be coming in a future update but for now if you delete it's gone...from everywhere.
What I do is save my emails until I download them at my office into Outlook and its set up to save forever unless I delete from the computer.
