My ultimate one wish for BB10 App world is that instead of having the exact same apps as other ecosystems, that devs build better ones specifically and fully integrated with BB10, just simply porting existing apps is uncool. ...please...:)

rog518ca Very Good Request
A good start was with titles like Pacemaker. Which I believe there will be a version for BB10. Also, there are a few games that will also start with BB10.
But most devs want to make money based upon their talents and designs. Which is why many of them go cross platform.
Going cross-platform is one thing. But making the app for the device without taking the platform UI paradigm into consideration is compeltely another thing. I mean, you could make a core app cross-platform, but the app should consider the devices features. For example, I've written an app using marmalade + cocs2d-x. Marmalade a great cross-platform framework, but it doesn't support playbooks swipe down to show the menu, which sucks in my opinion. I've released the app, but now I'm going to port it playbook NDK in order to get all the features. So, it depends on the developer only.
I use the Blackberry solely for Business and have no need for games or silly apps but am sure many enjoy them...
My only requests for apps are to see more intergration that allows for privacy (not everyone wants to share everything)
These particulare functions I used previously are sadly missing from the new Z10 and I would love to see the return of these!
1. facebook - integration of friends with contact list
2. bbm - I have categories but am unable to send broadcast messages based on these categories...that was an awesome feature
3. Create Groups using your contacts for email and sms
I am currently using my torch and the Z10 to meet my needs by using an adapted Sim card...but very tedious and if it doesn't get better soon will revert solely back to the TORCH!!!
Although not a game I would like to see (ik Multimedia) make the iRig work on the Z10 and Playbook. Or a developer convert this for use on the BB devices.
Well, here is an update from tech support from IK Multimedia.... just received from my email request for a possible app. Long live "bRig" !!!! ;-)
Thanks for your email.
Currently, we have no plans for releasing any iRig compatible apps for the Blackberry OS. We appreciate your input and I will definitely forward your request to our development team.

I'll keep an eye on this.
100% with you on that - I think developers should take the time to create apps which are unique for BB10. Meaning working with BB native UI, etc, native controls. (I'm doing that :) )
