Not sure if anyone knows/remembers, but it is very easy to create your own webapps for any sites you typically use. These may or may not have use to you, but is more about preference. Our Browser on BB10 is really quite incredible and can handle HTML5 sites extremely well as everyone knows. You can create bookmarks to your favorite site on the homescreen and this creates a pretty decent icon. If you open it up, you get the browser address bar and back button on the site.
What I found is some sites i want in full screen so i have a bit more real-estate to work in the website. A good example is the mobile Gmail site. You don't really need the address bar or the back button because the HTML5 coding provides a back button for you in most scenarios.
I've included screenshots so you can see how it all works. Some apps don't work. For Example, I tried creating a Google voice (mobile website) app that worked fine. But If you made a call from it, it wouldn't invoke the BB10 phone app like it will if you called from the browser. So there are some limitations.
