I am wondering when will the BB 10 Dev Alpha be launching? and would BB 10 Dev Alpha be having CDMA and GSM network in one ? like BB 9850 or BB 9550.

You could always start learning to code, go to a BlackBerry Jam event, and then qualify for a dev alpha before then.
