RIM contact info if your BlackBerry 10 dev alpha device stops working
My guess is that this is only if you hare having hardware issues. But since there have been many who have had issues with wiping device, my guess is that certain software issues will be addressed as well...
In the event you run into device hardware issues with the alpha device you received (ie won't power on) please contact us at email@example.com
and provide the following information:
- Your Name
- The OS version (All settings > About > General > OS Version)
- An overview of the issue being experienced
- Steps used to reproduce the issue
- Reproducibility of the issue (constant, frequent, seldom, just once)
