BB Torch 9860 NO WLAN OPTION

Has this always been the case? It did it just occur? Did you perform an OS update and the wifi option went away? Which OS is currently installed?

Not showing on pc

The pb is not showing on pc. The desktop is showing it needs to be os updated. So I can't transfer files to it. What can I do?
