Save contacts to media card?

Ok, this may be a newbie question, but I have searched,and haven't found anything about it - so here it goes...Is there an app that will allow you to save your phonebook contacts to your media card? I know you can backup and restore - but I was just wondering in case of an accidental mishap,you didn't back up before a wipe or upgrade,etc... If not,would it be a relatively easy app to create? Just curious...

i just searched and came up with nothing, maybe sean will have more luck than me but i dont think this is possible at this time

Spector....Were you aware that you can save your contacts onto your SIM card that came with 9530? I think I was told from a good source that you can save up to 250 contacts.

I've been looking into this spector and I do not believe there is a way or a program that will allow you to save your contacts to your media card. I will keep looking up information, but at this time I can not seem to find anything. I will keep you posted with any findings in the future. You can save your contacts to your SIM card (not sure the exact number). I believe that you need to select each contact individually.

sean is right about the individual part, you have to go into each contact hit bb button and then copy to SIM phone book.

you have to do it one at a time:bigeyes:
select the contact within your addy book>menu>copy to sim phonebook

Each contact needs to be added once at a time. Go to your contacts>select view contact>select copy to SIM phone book.

Okay so I have not done this but you forced me to...haha

This is my path.

Open contacts>>Select a contact>>Menu Button>>Copy To SIM Phone Book
