Hi,

Anyone know how to get hold of the developor of MeterBerry?
I moved devices today and I need a new licence, however, Mobihand failed to retrieve a new one and advised I contact support directly.
However the email address help@meterberry.com is bouncing.

Does anyone know how to make contact or have they gone bust?

where did you buy it from. if it was downloaded from mobihand then you can log in and get your code from your previous downloads

Doesn't Show it say you have to email your order to get code. Email link is invalid

I purchased from Mobihand and changed devices today. Mobihand automaticaly provided me with new licenses for my apps, however gave an error for Meterberry.
Mobihand advised that I contact Meterberry directly, with my proof of purchase, which I tried, however the mail bounces as I said.

Just wondered if there was an alternative contact or maybe developer looks at these forums.

I read somewhere that there servers are down or switching servers (or something to that extent) so that might be why you were not able to reach them. Try it again.
