Thread: i got my android tablet, but downloads from android store says connection failed

Here's the deal I can do internet without any issues but when I try to do down loads from the android app store it says connection failed or it says it appears your internet is not available which I know that's bull is there something I'm not doing thst I'm suppisses to do and too it shows I got a strong signal please help me with this issue thank u in advance

Have you made sure that your device is up to date?

Also, check you device connection settings.

The weird thing is I can install amazon apps with no difficulty ill check on That

I know that on the Android OS there are certain versions of the App Store.
