    Default i ordered a 7 android tablet OS 1.6 from eBay Sunday

    My question is this can I upgrade my 7 android tablets OS from 1.6 to at least a 2.0 OS

    I don't see why not. Go to your settings and try to see if there is a update for your tablet.
