Swype Leaked For Droid

DroidMuff.IN Leaked A Trial Copy Of Swype For Android.....

Installation

1.Download and extract (do not rename) Swype-trial-release.zip.
2.Copy the resulting apk file to your sdcard.
3.On your phone go to Settings, then Applications and enable Unknown Sources.
4.On your phone, use a file manager such as Astro to browse to the apk file. Tap the file and install it.
5.Go to Settings, then Language & Keyboard. Uncheck Android keyboard and check Swype.
6.Try out Swype!

I've been using Swype on my MotoDroid for a few days now and I don't know what all the hype is about. :confused: Why anyone would choose to use it over simply touching the key they want it beyond me. :cool2: In my experience it just complicates the act of inputting the word you want. :aargh4:

I agree with CJ. I used it and was like what, what's the big deal. Plus I found it super annoying.

Not sure I see the point in this app??? If I wanted to finger paint I would borrow my kid's "finger painting set" Just doesn't seem faster or helpful if you ask me in fact seems damn worthless to me
