When was the last time any new smartphone was released without at least 1 real pic of it leaking? And with this mystical beast supposedly in the hands of so many people, people that are tweeting about it so I'm guessing they're smart enough to know how to take pictures, how is it that not 1 pic, blurry cam style or otherwise, hast made it online yet?

Some of the rss feeds were showing the ugly colored tan/goldish Dragon/Passion and others said it was much like the Hero. Idk... It was also speculated as a joke from Google to the public. Who knows?

Google is pretty loyal, I bet they go with the same provider they went with at launch T-Mobile. While I have no precise knowledge of who will get it, rumors have this will be a GSM phone

Correct. It seems that it will be a GSM phone but it also looks like it will be sold unlocked and be carrier independent. But it will work on Tmobile's network for sure and likely on att as well.
