Thread: Open Home v3.4.1 update

For those that use Open Home, be aware that the new v3.4.0-3.4.1 update causes Open Home not to respond causing either a FC or locks the phone when sleeping (black screen that requires a battery pull). Said to fix the screen capture feature though.

Update:

Dev stated this new error on boot is due to too many processes starting at once. The error states the app is not responding with the options to Force Close or Wait. The dev said to choose the Wait option which works but I don't like getting the error to begin with.

I am currently using GDE as a home replacement which is pretty nice but not many themes.

Just wanted to update anyone that may be interested.

Pretty much the same thing is happening on PandaHome since their last update, to much working at the same time screen goes black for a couple seconds then come back up (no option to focce close or wait just goes black). Its a pain in the arse but hopefully it will be fixed soon cuz i really like it with the default theme, gonna try today to add screens 8 and 9, heard you can do it

8&9! Wow that's a lot!

GDE is kind of cool & very small file size wise. Plus it doesn't play well in landscape or so I've read. Having only one hand I seem to only browse the Web in landscape so no worries. I like that you get 24hrs to try apps, very cool.
