Need to sync with outlook or MAC calendar?

I use Google syn, to syn my Outlook to Google calendar then bam is it on the phone.. I just started using Igoogle and I kinda like it, I am seeing Google as a major player in the near future with Google Wave and the new Google OS. Things are changing and fast. Google might be biting a little more than they can chew with the new OS, but its time Microsoft had a little competition, maybe they will step up their game a little.
