i'm definitely not looking back but one thing that i do kinda miss about BB is the profile settings.i have finally found an app that takes care of my needs ...mainly putting my phone in silent mode at night while on cradle with the exception of phone calls and sms. the new app i found (bedside) takes it one step further and allows you to make a whitelist for sms...although the whitelist is not functional yet but the developer promised me it would be in a future update to be released soon. it was nice to have all your profile options in one nice little package.

lighten up....life's too short!
I went to the Verizon store today and spent some quality time with the Storm 2. I like the clicking screen, and the hard button for pause/mute. The software keyboard is MUCH better than Droid. The Storm turns on/off when you take it out/put it in the holster, and none of this "swipe to unlock" every frigging time you turn the phone on. It has separate memories for BlueTooth volume vs Speaker or Handset volume. Its the little things that are driving me crazy on the Droid. I love the apps but I hate the usability on stuff I do all the time.
YOu bring up a good point and that is why the Blackberry is a Blackberry. It might have all the flash and dash of the Droid but what it does do it does very well. The Droid has tremendous potential to be the all in one phone everyone dreams about, but for certain functions the BB reigns supreme

I have not tried Quick Profiles but might be of use. It's in the Market and here's a link to their Web site:
