Thread: Just got my Droid..........

Yes yes I broke down and got the Droid so far I LOVE it much faster then the BBS1.Anyway I need a tad bit of help.I installed Panda firewall(Want to block a couple of numbers and txts).VZW cant do it due the phone being open source.Anyway anyone know of another app that will do the same thing(FREE PLEASE)panda keeps force quit on me.

You can log onto your VZW account from a PC and use the spam controls to block the numbers, but i think there is a limit of 5 numbers.

I already did that but the txts still come through........ROLF I HATE X'S

probably won't work for sms but there is a setting that will send a contact directly to voicemail. set it up as a contact ....select contact>menu>options>incoming calls...select that to send the calls to VM....worth a try any way

Does anyone else find that statement to be hilarious? It's open source for crying out out. That means you can look at the source code and modify it. Unlike proprietary software.
