Tried to remove IT policy from my blackberry that my girl gave me after damaging the screen and they gave her another one. But can not send text or go on facebook or any social network.
Any help what to do?

So this device was currently on a BES server?

the device was under BES server before but no more, they have given her another phone. Now got your question sorry
