Tried to remove IT policy from my blackberry that my girl gave me after damaging the screen and they gave her another one. But can not send text or go on facebook or any social network.

So this device was currently on a BES server?
thanks for quick response. honestly I am not an IT person but can play around stuffs. I don't know what a BES server is X_X but if u can guide step by step, should be able to figure it out. even when I think its enterprise server, I still do not know how to. Thanks.Quote:

Have you tried to reload the OS? Also, what device and carrier are you with?
