9900 bold software update 7.1 problem

I am running version 7.0.0 2406.........i connect and try update threw desktop sowtware (which is already updated).....and on trying to update cell software to 7.1......all i get is a message....."there are no updates"....also on the cell itself."no updates".can someone PLEASE assit.............

you need to download the update first before you install. Download Official OS v7.1.0.569 for Bold 9900. Then read very carefully here on how to upgrade your device (pictures and video). Do this all at your own risk. Not every carrier is supporting 7.1 right now so this may not be supported by your carrier.
