This isn't the usual traditional downloading way of installing a leaked OS, we all know this, but this really isn't all that hard, just follow my steps below.
When you're done downloading the compressed 178MB WinRar file, extract it to your desktop, open up the file until you see 9900AllLang_v220.127.116.112_P18.104.22.1686, select all the files, go to 9900AllLang_v22.214.171.1244_P126.96.36.199, paste the entire contents.
*For Windows 7 x32-bit, you can find this in Local Disk (C: ) > Program Files > Common Files > Research In Motion > Shared > Loader Files > paste in here > 9900AllLang_v188.8.131.524_P184.108.40.206
Return to Desktop Manager 6.1 (stable), or use BBH Tool v220.127.116.11 (like I have) to install this leaked OS18.104.22.1682.
