I already try to follow all the instruction (using steps that written here) but I stuck in step 4, loading a new operation system. BB loader cannot find any os installed at my computer (I have 7.0.0.540 and 7.1.0.74 installed at my computer). now, what should I do?

Delete the download or, what I recomend you do first, is start the whole install from the beginning.
When you have the file (with the blue icon) doubble click to open and follow steps. (Could be that your anti virus sees it as a threat) When it asks to remove or repair choose repair. Also try the "how to remove vendor file" step onces installed on your pc:
after you install it to your pc, but before you try to install it to your device....go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
scroll to the bottom of that folder and you will see it. it's called vendor.xml just right click and delete.

It will be made official soon... again this is a leaked OS and it's an older one at that.

Every time a new OS comes out, developers have to make the adjustment and release their apps for that OS. When it becomes official then apps will be available for it. Until then, it's a leaked OS, meaning no one will officially support it, nor should they have to.
