Thread: Leaked: OS 7.0.0.340 for BlackBerry Bold 9930 - Now with NFC support!

The leaks are flying out now as just yesterday we saw leaked OS 7.0.0.308 for the Bold 9930, and today we get to experience leaked OS 7.0.0.340. With this new OS comes the NFC feature for those Verizon users that were not able to use NFC due to lack of support in the current Verizon approved OS. Also included in this release are updates to BlackBerry Protect, Docs2Go, and the Podcasts application. Be sure to let us know how this OS works for you in the comments below!

build is pretty solid, only issue i'm having is battery drain but i'm playing with my new phone non stop so cant tell if its the build or me.

other than that its a good OS

I'm still at Verizon's 7.0.0.254 and the battery life is great. I'm a bit timid to update the OS just yet. Want to see what official OS Verizon brings out next before I go to leaks. It is nice to see that NFC will be coming to official OS'.

I'm downloading it now and we'll see how it goes. Battery on the official hasn't been horrible considering how much I've been on the phone.

For sure, the battery seems pretty good so I've held off. Not really in a big rush to get the NFC support since it's not really around to use it so much. Let us know how it works for you.

I have .254 installed and yesterday I saw my battery go from 100% down to red level by noon. This is while I'm at work and the only thing I would have up is twitter, updating every 30 mins and BBweather updating every 15 mins.
