Finally!!! Going to update now. Report back in a day or so once I have some time to use it. I'm hoping this fixes the screen/button delay issue I'm having.

So far this OS update is waaayyy better than OS 7.1.0.163.

Battery life seems about 25% better
Speed is better in loading between screens and opening and closing apps.
Battery saver mode is now included.

Just a overall snappier feel. Don't hesitate to upgrade to this OS release.

I agree with Joe, I just installed last night and even though it hasn't been 24 hours yet, I can't tell yet about the battery life yet but I was having a slight clocking issue that seems to be gone. I noticed the battery saver app, mine is set to "start" at 20%, do you know what it starts to do when it hits 20%? I've only had the 9850 for 2 months so I'm still getting use to overall speed of the phone after coming from the 9530 that I had for 3 years, so i didn't notice a speed increase from .163 to .267.
