apploader just shows the 3rd party app installed....

I am trying to upgrade my 9860 os7.0 to the below os7.1 I followed the steps on how to upgrade, but I a stuck at where my APPLOADER stage. In the apploader according to the screen shot given it shows the all the device system files.. eg. language packs, os files option for you to tick. But in mine, it just shows 3rd apps in the list e.g. games etc...
So i didn't manage to upgrade anything... please help...
