Hi GrimReaper, like bukscreamboi, changing networks or services are not available options. The only options are Data Services (On/Off) and While Roaming (On/Off/Prompt). Mobile Network: is AT&T and is not changeable; there are no other options.
I identified the battery draining culprit, unfortunately it was Score Mobile. I had to delete it, as I was not able to get through 12-14 hours on a battery charge, now I am back to as much as 2 days on a full charge :-(. I was also having touchscreen anomolies prior to removing Score Mobile, but that seems to have been resolved as well.
