Its not a false alarm. I downloaded it last night, but I went the long way around to get it. The above link is not working.

I upgraded this AM about 0600. Waiting for the earth to move...naw, just waiting to see any results.

Could you guys give me updates how this version works. I had problem with the leaked .600. I downgraded to the .576 cuz I can remember this version didn't give me any problems...

So far, it is working with no hick-ups. No lag when scrolling through my pics, messages, emails. No delays when sending/receiving emails. However, I upgraded this morning, approx 9 hours ago.

Couple of things tick me off about this build:

1: The touchscreen "cursor" is out of whack again in SMS threads, i.e. I tap to open a sent picture and the cursor is half a screen up instead. I have to use the touchpad to scroll down and click. This was fixed a couple of builds ago and now it seems to be back.

2: The portrait/landscape detector is still a pain in the butt; I think this got introduced for me a couple of builds ago. Sometimes I have to set the phone sideways, then pound the "back" button to get the screen to flip. Other times it doesn't work at all.

And yes, I did a full local wipe to destroy my BES garbage, then a BBSAK wipe before installing this.

If you don't need AT&T official release, you can try Official: OS 6.0.0.600 for BlackBerry Torch 9800 & Curve 9300 from Vodafone DE or BellMobility_9800_6.0.0.600 - Downloads - BlackBerryOS.com. And don't forget the instructions here, All In One Guide - How To Upgrade Your Device - with Pictures & Videos.
But if you'd rather wait, I'll try to get the AT&T link back working for you.

Still trying to correct the link.
However, if you are under contract with AT&T, you can get the official AT&T .600 OS update by using your Desktop Manager (DM). If you need DM, you can download it here for the PC, BlackBerry - Desktop Software for PC, or here if you're using a MAC, BlackBerry - Desktop Software for Mac
