thanks alot for this! According to reports from 9800 users who have installed this earlier with the 9700 / 600 Java swap, it offers very snappy performance and speedy browsing.

1 small bug that is neglible is that when you press menu for the first time after a battery pull, you will get a blank scree. But then just press the back arrow, then menu again, and you will be able to see the menu icons. This only happens 1 time after a battery pull then never happens again. And it only happens if you were using a 3rd party theme (not the built in default theme) so not a big deal really.

Yea, heard about that bug. Hopefully it's gone in the next leak. You know how we love our custom made themes!

Thanks for another leaked one, it's just a week since i've upgraded to .576
But this 6.0.0.600, I sure have got some thirst for it!
And one more thing, i found the menu bug when i installed some new themes, without any restart or something, and almost all the 3rd party themes i installed had this bug, I think it may be a theme related bug

To add to that, just a tip, if you are using a 3rd party theme, try going to Options, then Display, then Home Screen Preferences. you wont be able to, it will go in then go back right away. If you wanna access that portion of the options, you have to revert back to the default theme, then try, it will work. Again, not a big issue, because once people set their options in there, they rarely ever go back to that screen. Adding to that, when you upgrade the OS, in the restoration process, the options are restored anyway. But just wanted to note this anyway for people who might be wondering why can't they access that part.

The theme problem only happens once and then never recurs unless you do a battery pull or change the theme. Then it happens one more time, so its not a deal breaker.

All in all, this OS's snappiness and browsing experience, are so much better that these little glitches seem neglible

ah ok, so I wasn't at fault by posting my link I guess? :baby:

It's still ok to post to hosting sites, just as long as it doesn't violate our traffic leaching guidelines. I just wanted to give users a better option.

I restrict access of uploads to keep spammers and malware away, and yes, the downloads center is very nice in-house access for our members.

About 12 hours now on this upgrade and can not tell any difference from .576
Did a complete wipe and format with BBSAK and then installed this OS but the battery is draining much faster than 2 builds earlier.

I haven't upgraded to this version yet, but generally battery pull is a good solution to this problem, and also I think while installing a new OS, the battery drains faster so maybe if you wait till your next battery charge, it becomes normal.

Yes, in many cases a battery pull, or even a couple in succession will help with drain and lag issues.

I cannot upgrade from the leaked 576...When i start the manager, it does not prompt me to upgrade. I used bbsak too and it shows me the latest but does upgrade either. It tells me it is successful but nothing happened. any idea?
