Official OS 7.1.0.746has been released for the Bold 9790 from Rogers Wireless. If you have a Bold 9790 its time once again to get out that USB cord and give your device a fresh OS. And as always, please remember to let us know about any findings/fixes in the comments below.

Any different than the Taiwan version other than from rogers ?

I am going to give this one a try, had some issues with my ring tones with the Taiwan version, see if this one is better.

So far so good no issues with my ring tones, so as of right now it is indeed better.

I dunno. I had a problem when I upgraded BBM. I lost ability to sign into BBID on my phone only. I was quite awhile with BB tech support. Must use BB protect and backup your data on Desktop.
He said that the bundle .746 isn't important . So I didn't download. the bundle 1647 is good on my phone. New BB9790

I have no issues with the new OS so far, seems to be working ok
