Well, looks like Bold 9700 users may have something to be happy about with leaked OS 6.0.0.461 for the Bold 9700. There is no change log yet so download it and let us know what you think. Hopefully this will take care of any issues with previous 9700 leaks.

Anyone install this leak yet? Fixes from OS .448?

Installed. Start up seem bit slower than previous .448 build. BBM pointer yet to fix.

BBM pointer still broke?? Sometimes I wonder about these leaks. Thanks for the feedback. Let us know if anything changes.

Pardon my furry Frensh, but what a crappy piece of software.
Never had any problems with leaks (or original) but this one does it all.
*Cursor in BBM just goes where ever it wants to go. Real fun when typing! It goes to the topof the conversation, midway, down, up again etc. When typing text it moves to other words so all I've typed is like 6 word mixed up :S
*Internet connection bites. Where I had normal 3G (GPRS) it stays on gprs so I cant get mail, or my BBM to work.
*Quickpull app does'nt work. Yeah, when I pull the battery
*Starts to make calls on it's own.
*If I want to call, no connection and / or sound (ringtone)
*Massive battery drain! Full this morning, empty after 4 hours! Did'nt even use it!
*Where the blue furr is the BBM cursor anyway? Can't seewhere Im at when scrolling through text.
*Won't let me get a call thats on hold.
*So fraking slow to respond.

Im gonna throuw a furry fit again! Jseph, break out that emergency coockie jar!

I installed OS 6.0.0.461 for BlackBerry Bold 9700 early this morning. This version seem to have solved a problem that I was having with my GPS. OS 6.0.0.448 did not seem to work properly with the GPS.

Thanks for reporting. It seems that this release is hit and miss with a lot of issues.

I installed and have no problems as of yet. .448 I liked and had no problems. With this I gained more memory. When I install, I don't do a wipe anymore and I go into the loader files and delete everything I'm not going to use. I'm on Tmobile and I do delete all the themes except for the blackberry. I only mention all of this because some of the post with the problems they report I do not have, and I almost didn't install this one after reading from the muppet post!...oceanghost

For whatever it's worth... have you tried a few battery pulls in a row to see if that jumbles the OS a bit?

I've been pulling it coutless times. Even that is draining it like hell :S
I think I'm at pull 7 now (just this day), it feels like skeet shooting "PULL" !
I guess I'm the only one having these problems seeing Oceanhost didn't and Acidassasin does'nt either.
I guess I'll just downgrade it to the .448 and try it again. Oh yeah, for some strange reason I get certain calander itmes (like anevresary or birthday) 200 times! My girls birthday is in my calender but now it's there 249 times! On the same day!
Hapened after he update :S
I think a whipe and update is the best thing now...

I am using bb 9700 T mobile.This leak seems better than older but camera flash light still have problem.Sometimes its not working

Looks like you have a hardware issue if the flash problem persists through multiple updates.

first time i am also thinking its hardware issue but when downgrade to os 5 the flash problem is solved plz help me its an software issue plz give me solution for it its a serious bug in os 6.

Have you tried using a OS from another vendor?
