Well it is the start of 2011 and it is time for the first leak of the year. 6.0.0.424 for the Bold 9700. There is no change log yet so download it and let us know what you think. Hopefully this is the first of many leaks this year.

Irritating, it vibrates but no mail, call, text or calender :S

I hope this fixes the memory leak. Mine is pretty bad with .418. Battery pull @ 7am with 32Mb free, and by 4p I'm down to 3Mb.

Many people said that .418 fixed it, but not for me.

I have had it installed for about half an hour and have noticed facebook app is newer 1.9.0.23 havent noticed any differences with bbm other than newer version but still have a very irritating dissapearing cursor for a better expression. Especially when scrolling through facebook you cannot select links. Also places still cannot find a location which i assume is down to the beta.

    Memory booster is telling me:
    Total 66.64mb
    Used 38.19
    Free 28.41
    Java - 177384

which would account for the clock counter i am frequently seeing

Hope this helps if i find anymore i will post

    Hey Keith,

Found kind of workaround, at least for Facebook, when it gets stuck (normally on the comments/like links) scroll to the right to go down or left to go up, is not perfect but seems to work. I currently have .418 and have another issue, if I play any video it will drain the battery in less than 5 min, will try this one later on and check if still has it.

    Installed last night

Seems fine , no problems, installation went smooth, I'm still deleting all themes except for Blackberry before install,(I'm on T mobile).

.418 was working well for me also was surpised to see a leak so soon. I think it was to update BB Messager.........anyways I really like OS6, if I still had OS5, I think I would have bought a Android phone by now.........oceanghost
