OS 126.96.36.1996 for the Bold 9700 Findings & Fixes
Post your findings and fixes in this thread for OS 188.8.131.526 for the Bold 9700.
sunkast whats up with TRAFFIC lately?
What traffic are you referring to?
I just upgrade from .442 to .586....when opening up the Maps application, all I see is "diagonal lines" and no map is loaded...tried different zoom level and no luck. tried start GPS navigation and manage to get satellite lock but still no map data coming in.
tried local search and returned with error "A network error was encountered. Check your server settings." ...
Revert back to .442 and it works fine. Upgrade again to .586 and same problem...any idea ?
I'm using BIS and BES, please help...
quick pull not working with .586
anyone has any problems with quick pull not being able to perform with the new OS?
mine seems to freeze when it was about to restart and i have to actually choose "restart now" or "restart later" to restart it which defeats the purpose of having quick pull.
thanks : )

To me Gmail plugin still crashes from time to time, and I have to restart to cure it. It happens more rarely with this build though.
I have just loaded this on the wifes brand new 9700 and its looking good.
No problems so far, install was great, everything is there that needs to be.
Any problems I will let you know.
P.S. thanks for the OS.
Went from 545 to 586
now there is another new OS. I'm going wait as this one has been running really good.
I have a TM and the 330 was good except for the lock and standby buttons, which made no sense when you think about it.
The 545 gave me one freeze playing videos, a battery pull fixed that.
The 586 seems to be quicker on the internet and stronger 3g pickup of signal,(I'm in a bad area fro signal strenght.........
I notice the os updates do not totally wipe out the phones memory. I still have all the TM splash screens. With the Motorola phones I modded before, a new os would be everthing, total start from scratch.....oceanghost
