    Copy the COD files to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9000M_v5.0.0.566(Your OS)\Java

    and copy the alx file to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files\9000M_v5.0.0.566(Your OS)\

    When you run apploader, you should be able to choose the east asian language support for the install.
