i have had this issue with every os i've tried with my 9700. not sure why it is. every one i speak with says its my router but i've never had this issue with any other blackberrys so i doubt that its my router. its not the 9700 because i'm on my 3rd one so i assume at this point its a software thing that i hope will be worked out.

Gonna give it overnight and see what it's like in the morning. I was working fine around 4 when I started the upgrade from .415.

Chad, are you using Sametime 8.0.2? Or the Sametime Enterprise Instant Messenger 2.5? I can get to my corporate network using the Enterprise version of Sametime.

I have no problems hitting the BIS over WiFi with the Mobile Network off, I agree with sherb's findings it is possibly your router config.

Ok I lied apparently, the new theme options in .421 still have the custom wallpaper bug...it didn't break and give the blank white background on the applications screen for my first reboot but it just did it today so now the only background that has my custom wall paper is the homescreen. The rest are now the default of the theme.

just bought the bold 9700 yesterday and runs perfect!

also downloaded and installing as I type lol lets see what I find

and damnit! I need to get myself BBOS alert lol im just too damn poor right now :P
