So, I downloaded the .230 software, and installed it....

Did a device wipe with BBSAK. Went to install .230, and it comes up with "Desktop Manager does not have software......"

WTF??? It's there on my app list!!???

To add to this, there were no internal tools or vendor files to delete...is it possible I have a corrupted version?

PLEASE HELP!!!

I have upgraded the software on my phone dozens of times....so I am fairly certain of the process. I did all the usuall things.....reboot the comp, uninstall old OS's...yadda yadda

Do an advance search for a vendor code. Check all users.

Delete and re install dm. Would be step 2

+1. You can always start over by uninstalling OSs and DM. Reinstall DM, delete vendor.xml, load new OS and away you go.
