Thread: Torn - 5.0.0.230 vs. BBM5.0

Here's the deal. I cant decide which to go with. Is bbm5 good enough that using 4.7.1.53 and keep bbm5 is worth it or is 5.0.0.230 sweet enough that bbm4.7 will have to do. what do you guys think?

There is no choice there. Clearly .230 wins hands down.

I would say go with 230. I'ts pretty solid and has nice features. BBM 4.7 works fine. Yeah I do miss my BBM5, but we have to be patient. It is getting close to an official release. Well, actually both are lol.

I'm not sure which device you have but I'm with B Dragon, there is no OS like .230.

I would go 230....BBM 5 is in the testing phase for this OS and hopefully will be out soon. You can live with 4.7 bbm although it is not nearly as cool. The 230 makes it worth while.

5.0 FTW.. overall device functional improvements vs. 1 app. Granted it is my most used app. Go for OS5.

I chose OS and have NEVER been happier!!! Go for .230!!!

Yep, it's totally functional, just not as fancy as bbm 5.

230 for the Storm is fantastic. It's like a whole new phone. IMO no question I am choosing the OS over BBM 5

I gave up on BBM5 about a week after it came out. I need my BBM to be reliable and BBM5 was not.

Sad thing is, for me BBM 4.7 is still acting up like BBM5 did.:irked:

But yes I will recommend .230 to anyone in a heartbeat. The best out there and the unbelievers can just struggle with vzw official

No, you get them. Just takes a while. I get the red clock No biggie.

I only get it with you, brett and my wife. My wife has BBM5 on her pearl so that explains that one.
