Agree is has been a very solid OS so far. No reboots fast boot up time and once again Poynt's reverse look up works. So that is a plus for me. I have had no errors since installing this awhile ago.
I am sure you will find something to tweak

ok what am i doing wrong i have tried to install using loader file and dont work and tried to update thought desktop manager and only says bbm 5.0 is available no 5.0 os. any ideas

Did you make sure to remove the vendor.xml file?

I didn't have to wipe it to get it to see the upgrade. Doing step 10 now. This is my first upgrade on a BB. Big change in upgrade time coming from the WinMo side.

Loading it now, I noticed in the loader there are options for suretype "financials, medical..". Has anyone loaded that and played with it?

Does it play songs, or is it bugged like previous version?

@Buzzdar. Not sure what to tell you. Common stuff I've heard here is:
remove vendor.xml file
install New OS and run apploader
It should recognize it and load. 40 minutes later. Christmas.
