I just bought the Tour 9630 and its only read arabic language but I can't write !! please is there is any hybrid or OS which can help me in that

Got this rundown from smcoldbb. He's on the BBOS Help Team.

The tour would have to be supported in Israel. As of right now, their carriers only have a curve and a bold. this is why we can't get the support for the storm. No touch screen device

I'm guessing these carriers had a trial for storm that's why 4.7.0.114 had Arabic

There are two different ways a blackberry supports a language.

Read only - menus/icons in a supported language - (this is what shrink can add language to any OS.)

Text input support - This is what people are missing on the storm as well. This is what gives you the keyboard and obviously the means to send outbound messages.
It is within the .sfi file.

Since their carrier didn't bite on the storm there is no way to add this to any OS or hybrid. The tour is not available over there yet either
