OS 5.0.0.191 NOT LOADING TO SPRINT 9630 ONLY THE .140 ITS WORKING.
EVERY TIME I TRY TO LOAD THE .191 THE PHONE JUST KEEP TRYING TO LOAD BUT IT DOES NOT.... ANY ONE HAVING THE SAME ISUE... PLEASE HELP.:laugh2::laugh2::laugh2:

Have you tried deleting the vendor file?

What stage does it crash?

my computer wount detect the new os i tried so many ways and times... help please and do you guys like this os better then the last leak?

it crash when the phone shuts down to rebut the first time. so all it does its restart every 30 seconds.

I just downloaded it and it seems really nice but i found one downfall that facebook app is not suported. Anyone find a way to make it work?

Not that I have heard of yet. I know there is an update to FB that will work with the 5.0 OS, but until then no

Did you delete the vendor file?

Yes i deleted the vendor file and loaded the OS which is sweet but i click on the facebook app and it says not supported

Well this is a first. Have been using Iterhun's hybrids and have not had a problem. Now when I go and try this release, my device was in the reboot portion of the setup and it stopped. Now all I got is a red flashing LED and it (the connection via usb) is no longer recognized by the computer. I have tried connecting via JL Commander and BBSAK with no luck. I have tried other posts about removing the battery and restarting the computer and still no luck.

If anyone has any ideas let me know.

Correct, FB does not work.

Hey Bryan, I tried that and everything I could find. Ended up installing Irtehun's hybrid based on the OS 5 140 leak (which is what I was running before the attempted upgrade). I had even tested stock 4.7.1.40 which worked as well, and then tried the 191 again and still got the same error. Maybe I will give a try tomorrow or wait to see if anyone else has a similar issue and resolves it. Thanks

You are now the third person I know that couldn't get this installed? What frustrates me is that you all seem to be taking the proper steps and it still doesn't work

Well if you give it a go tomorrow try deleting it off you PC all together through add/remove in control panel. While you are in control panel make sure all the other BB handheld software is deleted off you pc as well.

Then navigate to C-program files-common files-research in motion-shared-loader files--- and make sure that folder is empty. IF it isn't then delete everything in there. Empty your recycle bin and reboot your pc then install a fresh copy and try again. Keep us posted
