Reverting to Official OS

I'm curious how the reverting process works if I want to roll back a hybrid version. I'm eager to test out some of the users' handywork but I'm worried about application compatibility.

Specifically I need SmartAlerts (and I've heard whispers of issues with 5.0) to be able to satisfy my work obligations. (I'm a systems administrator and the job is intrinsically 24x7 and my clients have emergency codes that they can text me to trigger an infinitely repeating alert. I'm a deep sleeper, what can I say.)

First of all deduction welcome to BlackberryOS :) I am sorry you have not received an answer a little quicker.

Rolling back to a previous os is pretty simple :)

I will give you an example

You have .151 OS installed on your pc and you add "BBC's hybrid" to it and install on your phone. For some reason you don't like it and want to go back to straight .151. Just delete the Hybrid OS off you PC and reinstall .151 back on the pc. know here is where some view points differ I wipe my phone every time, and other don't so either way you can do. Then plug your phone into app loader and install straight .151 back on to your phone.

The steps are a little more detailed than what I posted but you can get the point on how easy it is to do.
