Thread: Problems with Tour, it will not connect to BBSAK

My wifes tour is havng issues. I am trying to wipe her phone with BBSAK to load a frsh copy of offical OS. Problem is that it will not connect to BBSAK. She is running Vista. She has 3.5 framewear. What could I be doing wrong. Thanks for any help.

Did you select run as admin on BBSAK?

Welcome to BlackBerryOS loara!!!

Rt click on the Icon and select "Run as Administrator" and that should get where you need to go.

when i right click on the bbsak it does no give the option to run as adminstrator

Is it Vista 32 bit or 64 bit? Either should have that option. But if its 32 then you dont have to run it as Admin.

Have you used BBSAK successfully before?

You could always use JL Cmdr if you can't get BBSAK to work

Ok try leaving your phone plugged into the pc and rebooting the phone and see if that will force BBSAK to recognize it
