5.0.0.530 !! WOW !!

Here is some excitement for the Tour 9630 folks. This is a non-Verizon version, so make "double-sure" you delete the vendor.xml file. Enjoy !!

will install once i have access to a windows PC, and once someone can tell me what the changes are from 5.0.0.419. hopefully it freezes less and has better battery life? someone please tell me what you see.

So what's up with the BBOS alert?????

I will need to load tonight as well. Any idea of file size? My .484 from Sprint is more of a .419 based Hybrid.

What do you mean?

I think he means: why didn't we get an alert?

I thought the same thing, as I have the app, put it on my safe list so it's not in my junk mail, and didn't get an alert.

I have .530 loaded and running now. Definitely snappier, with about 15 megs more memory on start-up.

i'll report more later as i play with it.

Please double check your set to receive 9630 official and leaked OSs. I received the alert immediately after it was sent.

In all honesty, i know i am now, having installed the new OS, but can't say with 100% certainty that i was.

I "feel" like i was--having made the mistake before--but can't say for certain.

installed on my tour earlier and ever since every time i put my bb into the holster it automatically reboots. any ideas to fix this?

I received the alert right away this morning! I was happy to see it worked very well!

i also received it this morning. downloading to desktop now.

mine is doing the same restart nonsense in the holster. it works great while it works, till its rebooting.

reinstalled the drifter hybrid, hopefully someone figures out a way to fix the reboots

check your options to see if its set to lock in the holster, and if so try changing it to no

i just downloaded it. so far so good. crisp is what i would describe this build as. not having the holster issue either. only been 15 minutes or so so we will see how this one holds up!

Some users have complained about automatic rebooting. Are you using any profile programs like Berry Buzz?

I'm having the same issue. I've turned off the option for memory cleaning when holstered but that didn't help. Any other ideas?

I dont have any profile programs installed, ive got a few random other apps installed like Sprint Navigator and some movie app and stuff like that, but thats all
