I was just able to resolve this by using the loader.exe. The To Do list and MemoPad weren't added when i installed the OS.

Downloaded last night and all went seamlessly - including the re-activation to the BES. So far, boots a bit faster, Viigo scrolling is back, battery life looks a bit better and appears to be stable. Haven't run across any issues yet. Just have to get use to the multiple message in-boxes (but as long as options are set for combined in the in-box - that's what hiding icons is for).

I actually like the multiple message in-boxes. I did not at first but it is nice to keep text messages separate from emails.

i've been running this version for about a full day now..
it definitly boots much faster.. compared to my 8900 running 4.6 it's only a few seconds slower where as previously it was almost a full minute slower.
i also noticed that image thumbnails load a hell of a lot quicker there is almost no delay when scrolling through my images for picture previews
one thing i have noticed was that it switches back and forth from ev-do to 1x quite a lot and currently it's stuck on 1x and i can almost be sure that if i power cycle it'll go back to ev-do so i'm not quite sure what the problem is with that...
also it's generally slow to wake back up.. sometimes a bit longer than others.

Have you resent your service books and re-registered the host routing tables?
