I did find some claimed 9550 OS releases. Leaked OS: BlackBerry Storm2 9550 – OS 5.0.0.1015
Leaked OS: BlackBerry Storm2 9550 - 5.0.0.895


Not sure if the v1015, v895 are official yet. However since the v1077 is now official, I would assume that v895 and v1015 are official. The v1077 claims to be for the 9550 and is official. See 9550 Storm 2 - Downloads - BlackBerryOS Forums

The latest official as of now for the 9550 is from Verizon and is the .1015 build. .1077 has not hit the 9550 yet.

OK, I see it now. Verizon is the carrier that has the v1015 build.
Telus has the v320 build.
VodafoneNetherlands has the v1077 for the 9520s only.

so what happen to 9500

I feel your pain. I let go of my Storm 2 a few months ago so that I could run OS 6. I have the Bold 9650.
