Hello, at first, sorry for my bad english...
I would like to upgrade my BB 9520 with this new OS, but have a problem - i thing that i have noDRM phone and this is DRM OS. When i start updating wia luncher.exe (vendor is deleted) i see only installed apps and no os for upgrade. When i wiped my device - only see something like this No software for plugged device...
Its exactly problem with DRM? Or where is? Thanks for reply!

This is a Vodafone OS release, and because Vodafone only has DRM 9520's, this OS will only install on the DRM 9520's version.
Most probably you do not have the Vodafone 9520 but the "black" version, which is the No DRM version, there for this OS will not install on your phone. Thats why you do not see any OS upgrade.
Latest version for the non DRM 9520 is 5.0.0.1068:
