gps works fine for me...try rebooting

yea, did that. also redid the upgrade. one other friend also got the issue when he upgraded. turn off "location data" and see if urs still works. mine only works with location data on and a wifi connection.

Downloaded it OTA on my way to school, and it only took about 30-45 min. This OS is great!! Not the best battery life, but I'm sure it will get better after 2 or 3 cycles.

I'm now using 5.0.0.607 no problems so far...

I didn't see anyone else mention this but Agenda view in calendar freezes the phone every time and anything you do in calendar while the view is agenda takes a really long time. But only in agenda view. Everything else for me has been great.

I'm running the actual version of .607 and the lock handheld when holstered does not work. It did not work in .517 either, but did work with the original Verizon OS. Any suggestions? Everything else is great with .607.

I'm not having any problem with agenda view or any part of the calendar...strange how the same software on the same devices can act so differently from one to the next...

I'm having the same erratic typing problems I had on .517, very irritating! When I'm typing in BBM the buttons will do a double or triple press and either close me out of bbm or go right to the phone-even if my fingers aren't near the phone button, anyone know why this happens, my keyboard settings are the same as they've always been....

I use visual voicemail on my 9550 and had previously had it on my 9530 as well. I noticed that when in the messages icon and I use the delete prior function, it also deletes the message from my vvm. I'm very sure that I did not have this problem with my 9530. So I don't know if this is a 9550 issue or a bug in 607 (still on the leak version). Has anyone else had this issue?

I have IM+ Lite, and the home display does not act right, also after I log out I am having problems logging into facebook on my home computer. Any ideas?

Im having issues with the lock. When I have the BB in my holster it usually auto locks it well it did before with the previous version but its not working ever since the update? Is anyone running into this or is it just me? Pressing lock works fine and its configured to auto lock when being holstered.

My exact problem. I also had this w/.517. Only the original 9550 (.328) worked fine with it. A bit annoying as it often brushes the button when unholstering. I have to manually lock when holstering.

Even if you lock it while hostering, if you make a call while it is holstered, the unit will automatically unlock.

Well at least Im not the only one running into this issue. Im wondering if bringing over the .cod of the previous model to this OS if that will fix it? hmmmm. I may try that Ill post back my findings.

I have been running the leak for two weeks now and love this OS. Other than Shazam not working I am really enjoying the speed of my S2. In reference to the lock, I have used "Free StormSlider" for a year now. Its still my favorite. With the last update for 5.0 it now has a cool battery look to it while charging. I set it to my left convenience key and use it many times a day. This is probably the wrong place to put the OTA link but here it is. http://stormgrounds.com/bb/StormSlider/StormSlider.jad. Other than Google maps 4.0.1 locking up every time I search for something in it, this OS is okay. Haven't noticed any real benefits over the other leaks.

Yeah my 4.1 Google Maps froze up yesterday too. Its a Google Map 4.01 problem though not .607
